What's Roulette?
Roulette is a gambling game. You can bet money in various numbers, and computer
will decided you win or lost in random.

How to Use Roulette?

ESC or MenuBar:	sound ON, OFF
bet number area: press the number and make a coin to bet
		press the coin again to cancel this bet

bet table area: press the number area to select a bet,
		and press "100","10","1" icon to change bet cash
		press the cash area to clear bet cash

start: begin a bet
in : stop a bet


return:	1-18, 19-00, ODD, EVEN :	X 2
	4 numbers:			X 9
	2 numbers:			X 18
	1 number			X 36
