What is Metronome?

Metronome is a device used to mark time by means of 
regularly recurring ticks or flashes at adjustable intervals.

How to Use Metronome?

You can input the Frequency and Time. The scope of Frequency is 1-240(default is 100).
The scope of Time is 1-7(default is 1).
